This is Seiko's dual time wristwatch, the chronograph H127, released in 1979.
It has a different atmosphere from Citizen's DIGI-ANA, and has an elegant feel.
In addition to the model with a black dial in the photo, there is also a model with a white dial.
The letters on the dial indicate the functions of each button, but to be honest, they're just for the atmosphere and not very helpful.

Citizen used to use its own models as "DIGI-ANA" and "ANA-DIGI", but since "DIGI-ANA" and "ANA-DIGI" are registered trademarks of Citizen, Seiko called its digital + analog wristwatches "Dual Time".
However, "dual time" here is different from the dual time function of digital watches that are common today, and simply means "the time can be displayed separately in digital and analog."

Of course, there are two, digital and analog, so it's quite natural.

A few years later, digital watches with a common dual time function appeared, and before we knew it, the name for Seiko's digital and analog watches changed to "hybrid."

Most of the models you see at online auctions are defective in either analog or liquid crystal display (or both).
As expected, it is a digital + analog watch that is over 40 years old, so it can't be helped that there are many immovable items.
