This is the Q&Q QUARTZ (4-099150), released by Citizen in the 1980s.
Q&Q is one of Citizen’s brands, standing for “Quality & Quantity” (bringing quality products to more people).
Most of the products are basic models in the low price range, and are in a similar position to Cheap Casio.
Citizen actually produced Game Watches under the Q&Q brand in the 1980s.
(Game Watch is a registered trademark of Nintendo, so it was sold under the name "Game Clock")

The design of this model is a very "uncool" digital watch, with the large and simple digital display on the LCD screen and the cluttered display and color scheme on the windshield side.
Isn't this just "cool and lame"?

Whether it's displaying the date or in stopwatch mode, it still looks uncool.
This is a watch with a lot of interesting details, such as the strange design of the seconds display (the shape of the horizontal bar in the middle of the "SA" display in the photo above is slightly different between S and A), and the strange indicator that appears in the upper right corner when in stopwatch mode.

I wrote that it's lame and lame, but it's one of my favorite models.
